Andrew Kelly

I am extremely proud to be taking on the role of Managing Director of EKA Limited, and honoured by the trust placed in me through this appointment. 

Since joining EKA in 2008, I have been fortunate to work with talented colleagues across an important period in the company’s development. Over that time, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of major programmes including SV(R) and the TR2000 Repair & Overhaul programme, and more recently to support the successful pursuit of the MLRS RRV Mid Life Upgrade contract with NSPA. My background at EKA has spanned quality, programme management and operations leadership, which has given me a deep appreciation of the business, our customers and the standards expected in delivering critical defence capability. 

I take on this role with a strong sense of responsibility, but also with real enthusiasm for what lies ahead. I am fully committed to EKA’s long-term success and growth, and to building on the values that have earned the trust of our customers over many years: technical integrity, dependable delivery, responsiveness and professionalism. 

I am also excited by the continued growth and expansion of EKA Group and by the opportunities this creates for both EKA Limited and SDE Limited. Bringing together proven engineering delivery with independent technical assurance gives us a broader and more capable offer for our customers, and I am looking forward to the challenges that we can meet together as part of the Group. 

I feel honoured, and a little humbled, by the trust and confidence placed in me by Michael Keech, CEO of EKA Group. I look forward to working closely with Michael, and with Matthew Bulley, the newly appointed Managing Director of SDE Limited, as we help shape the next phase of the Group’s development. 

Above all, I am immensely proud of the team at EKA Limited. Their expertise, dedication and commitment to the business are at the heart of what EKA has achieved to date. I value their support greatly, and I am looking forward to working with them as we continue to strengthen the business and build for the future.
